My fee for a 50 minute session is $125. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. I accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. I am currently a provider for Optum Plans, Blue Shield with the exception of Magellan Health plans, Cigna, Health Net, United Health and Aetna insurance companies.

For out of network service I will supply you with a bill for services rendered which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

You should be aware that using health insurance can compromise your privacy, as your treatment information is entered in to a national database. This information can impact your ability to obtain health insurance in the future, as well as be a hindrance to obtaining certain kinds of jobs and security clearances. Additionally, in order to qualify for insurance benefits, it may be required that you be diagnosed with a mental disorder which I may not be able to determine until meeting you.
